Hello, it’s been a while.
I guess you could say I’ve outgrown this space.
When I started runetc I was obsessed with running and weight loss and healthy living. I dreamed of running a marathon and could never imagine that a year later I would do so.
I’m still about running, healthy eats, and all that jazz, but I no longer need a dash full of motivational quotes and pictures of salads to inspire me.
Thanks a million for following and answering my annoying questions and supporting me along the way.
Seriously love you to bits.
(I’ve started a new tumblr so don’t be surprised if you see my face liking all your posts. Some things change but more stay the same…xx)
Hey linna-pee you’re right… $128 is more than I’d pay for a local 1/2 marathon.
But registration for SeaWheeze comes with:
It looks like one big fitblr party. I think it’ll be well worth it. It sold out in an hour so hopefully Lululemon knows what they’re doing.
Plus The Nike Women’s Half is $175(?) and the Disneyland Half Marathon is $195 so it’s not like it’s the priciest event out there.
Anyways it should be a fun. I’m just happy I was able to get in :)
Been stressed all week I wouldn’t get a spot.
Now crossing fingers everyone else gets in.
All i want to do is crawl into bed but instead I’m going to go to my training group track workout.
I bought a pair of Nike LunarEclipse+ on New Year’s Eve.
I really wanted to love them. Like really really.
But no. They are definitely not for me. They make running more than a mile feel like hell.
This is what I get for picking them for shallow reasons.
My half a marathon is in 7 weeks. So unfit and unprepared. This is truly a disaster.
Someone tell me I have time to pull it together.
I’ll be running all weekend to make up for this weeks laziness. If we’re friends on Nike+ feel free to send hate mail if I don’t do it.
Random thoughts are random. Let’s all cross fingers this day goes by quickly and we can all go home.
